How long does installation take?
Most homes are connected within 48 hours of booking. The visit itself usually takes two to three hours. You can follow the technician live in the app.
Is installation really free?
Yes. Standard installation and the Wi‑Fi router are included with every home plan. If your building needs extra cabling, the technician will explain any cost before starting.
