Do I need developers to use TeleNeno?

No. You can send messages from the web portal, or connect your systems through our API. Our team helps with either.

Can messages show my company name?

Yes. We register your brand as the SMS sender name and set up your verified WhatsApp business profile.

What happens if an OTP does not arrive?

TeleNeno retries automatically on another channel, such as WhatsApp or a voice call, so customers can still sign in or pay.

Can we see whether messages were delivered?

Yes. Every message has a delivery report in the portal and through the API, with exports for your records.
