Which bills can I pay with MyTele?

LUKU electricity, DStv, StarTimes, Azam TV, DAWASA water and your TeleFiber subscription. More billers are added regularly.

How quickly do I get my LUKU token?

Usually within seconds. The token appears in the app and is also sent to you by SMS.

My LUKU token didn't arrive. What should I do?

Open Payments in the app — every token is saved there. If it's not showing, tap Help on the payment and we'll resend it or refund you.

Can I pay for someone else's meter or decoder?

Yes. Enter their meter, smartcard or account number and save it with a name like 'Mum's LUKU' for next time.

Is there a fee to pay bills?

Any fee is shown clearly before you confirm the payment. You'll never be charged without seeing it first.

Can MyTele remind me before a bill is due?

Yes. Save a biller and turn on reminders. We'll notify you a few days before each due date.
